Ala's Green Lagoon

I spent 4 nights at Ala's and it was magical. You arrive at Ala's walking 200m in the middle of the rice pad on a stretch path and then you discover this great B&B which is organized as a traditional Balinese house. We had a brand new large bedroom with a great view on the rice pad and a large bathroom. It was very comfortable, clean and charming. Pool is very nice with a view on the rice field, perfect for your breakfast to chill out or to relax after a long day of activities in Ubud. The staff is very nice and helpful. Niomen the owner gives you very useful tips on what to do in Ubud. They even took us to a remote restaurant we wanted to go on their bikes because they didn't want us to get lost. Breakfast was really good with fresh pancakes, sandwich and fruit juices, exactly what you want to eat there. The guesthouse is perfectly located: it's a little lost so you can relax but you can walk to all the main places in Ubud in 10mn. You really feel home and relax at Ala's its a perfect place when you arrive in Ubud for only 20 to 30€ per night. For a romantic trip or with friends, I really recommend you to go there if you are looking for a small original great value place.
